Anupama Parameswaran is an Indian model-turned-actress who works in the South Indian film industry. The newcomer made her acting debut with the 2015 blockbuster Malayalam movie, Premam.
Early Life
Born in a Tamil family, Anupama grew up in Kerala. Her parents settled in Kerala while the actress was young. Anupama attended Don Bosco Central School and later completed her high secondary education from National Higher Secondary School. She is currently pursuing her degree in BA Communicative English and Journalism from the CMS college, Kottayam. As a child, Anupama was passionate about music, dance, and drama, and was an active participant in the school programs. Her parents were very supportive of her talent and Anupama was also a part of a drama club in her hometown.

Acting Career
Best-remembered for essaying the role of Mary George in the film Premam (2015), Anupama Parameswaran made her debut opposite superstar Nivin Pauly in the 2015 Malayalam film Premam, which was a blockbuster hit. The actress bagged several nominations for her debut performance, including SIIMA Awards.
Parameswaran, later, made her debut in the Telugu film industry in the film A Aa, alongside Nithiin and Samantha Ruth Prabhu. Her performance in the film won her award for Best Female Debut. She is also known for films like Kodi (2016), Sathamanam Bhavati (2017) and Vunnadhi Okate Zindagi (2017). Films Tej I Love You (2018) and Hello Guru Premakosame (2018) are among the actress` other projects. Her 2019 release includes Natasaarvabhowma and Rakshasudu.
