With numerous high-profile projects in Malayalam, Telugu, and Bollywood, Prithviraj Sukumaran is now in a signing frenzy. The multi-talented actor is currently promoting his much-anticipated action picture Kaapa, which is being helmed by veteran director Shaji Kailas.
At one of his latest engagements, Prithviraj Sukumaran spoke with the media about his upcoming endeavors. He at last provided information regarding his significant project, Aadujeevitham, which is currently in post-production.
THE PREMIERE WILL TAKE PLACE AT CANNES 2023?
It’s interesting to note that Prithviraj Sukumaran has officially announced that the Blessy-directed film’s international premiere would take place at the Cannes Film Festival in 2023. But nothing will be set in stone until the post-production work is finished, particularly the soundtrack by AR Rahman. As a result, Prithviraj warned that the plans for the Cannes premiere would change if Aadujeevitham’s post-production work is delayed. The talented actor is hopeful that the film will hit theatres in 2023, though.
AADUJEEVITHAM
The survival thriller, based on the same-titled best-selling novel by Benyamin, is most likely one of the most eagerly anticipated upcoming releases in Indian cinema. Aadujeevitham’s filming lasted from March 2018 till July of this year. Amala Paul portrays the female lead opposite Prithviraj Sukumaran in the movie. The songs and original score were written by AR Rahman. KU Mohanan is the director of photography. While Sreekar Prasad did the editing.
UPCOMING FILMS OF PRITHVIRAJ SUKUMARAN
The talented actor recently finished the first scene of his upcoming project Vilayath Buddha, which is being directed by his former partner Jayan Nambiar. Prithviraj Sukumaran intends to start filming Bade Miyan Chote Miyan, his upcoming Bollywood production, which will star Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff in the titular roles, in January. Later, he will return to the Salaar set in Telugu, where he will work for the first time with Prabhas and Prashanth Neel.
L2: Empuraan, Prithviraj Sukumaran’s third feature film, will later start production. In the movie, which is a follow-up to his debut feature as a filmmaker, Lucifer, Mohanlal will return to the role of Stephen Nedumpilly. Prithviraj will start filming for his upcoming historical drama Kaaliyan after completing the task.
